Fish curry


Ingredients 
  1. Fish                          -          500 gms
  2. Onion                        -          200 gms
  3. Tomatoes                  -          200 gms
  4. Chillies                      -          6 nos
  5. Coconut                    -          1/2no
  6. Chilli powder              -          2 teaspoons
  7. Coriander powder       -           3 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder        -           ½ teaspoon
  9. Tamarind                   -          1 lemon size
  10. Porna oil                   -           1 round spoon
  11. Mustard                    -           1 teaspoon
  12. Fenugreek                -           1 teaspoon
  13. Curry leaves             -            2 sprigs
 Direction 
  1. Wash and cut fish. Marinate with turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Prepare a tamarind pulp.
  3. Grind together coconut &, green chilies into a fine paste.
  4. Keep a vessel on the fire add oil temper with mustard, curry leaves and fenugreek.
  5. Add chopped onion and stir well add chopped tomatoes mix well.
  6. Add turmeric powder and stir add tamarind pulp.
  7. Add water cook well add ground coconut and cook well
  8. Add marinated fish cook well..
  9. Serve garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
