Chicken Masala
Ingredients

Chicken - 250 gms

Onion - 100 gms

Tomatoes - 100 gms

Garlic - 4 nos

Green chilies - 2 nose

Turmeric powder - a pinch

Chili powder - ½ teaspoon

Dania powder - 2 teaspoon

Ginger - a small piece

Porna oil - 100ml
Direction

Take a pressure cooker wash chicken cut into small pieces put in to the cooker add all the other ingredients add 2 cups of water cook for 3 whistle and in simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the cooker.

Keep a kadai on the fire add porna oil when it becomes hot temper with curry leaves and somph.

Add cooked chicken make it dry and serve hot with chapattis
