Potato Masala in coconut milk
Ingredients

Potatoes - 250 gms

Green chilies - 6 nos

Coconut milk - 2 cups

Onion - 150 gms

Tomatoes - 150 gms

Somph - 1 teaspoon

Chill powder - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 3-teaspoon

Porna oil - 2 round spoons

Salt - to taste

Wash and peel potatoes.

Keep a vessel on the fire add oil

Temper with somph adds chopped onion and sauté well add slighted green chilies and tomatoes. Stir well

Add potatoes and water cook well add coriander powder and chili powder and salt cook well and add thick coconut milk

Cook till it becomes dry.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and serve
